Our Director
Daniel Bocancea
With over two decades of experience, he has established a reputation for excellence in sustainable design. Daniel brings a rare combination of practical trade knowledge, academic insight, and executive-level leadership to DSB Premier Construction. His journey began early working on-site during university holidays while studying Economics before gaining formal training in both Plumbing and Electrical Installation. This unique background gave him a solid grasp of not just how buildings work, but how to manage them with efficiency, accuracy, and care.
Daniel’s career has spanned a wide range of environments, from regulated infrastructure projects like the London Underground to public-sector refurbishments for Camden Council. He went on to establish his own construction business, delivering full-property refurbishments and council projects that deepened his expertise in compliance, logistics, and health and safety. In 2013, he founded DSB Premier Construction with a mission to combine craftsmanship, innovation, and integrity in every bespoke build.
Leading the company’s operations, Daniel now oversees multiple residential projects across London and Surrounding areas. His portfolio includes bespoke timber-frame homes and luxury properties built using Passive House, SIPs, and ICF methods. Backed by senior-level certifications in construction project management and site supervision, he ensures that every home DSB delivers reflects the highest standards of sustainability, performance, and timeless design.
