Period Home Luxury Renovation

Scope: Full-Scale Interior and Structural Renovation
Duration: Phased renovation with live-in client occupancy
This period home renovation in Watford required a careful balance between preserving architectural character and upgrading the structure to meet modern living standards. The project involved a full internal reconfiguration, structural works, and premium interior finishes, including the integration of a Leicht kitchen as a centrepiece.
One of the primary challenges was maintaining the home’s heritage features while introducing modern systems such as smart automation, sustainable insulation, and energy-efficient lighting. Every element was chosen to complement the existing charm while bringing the property up to today’s standards in comfort, performance, and style.
The project was carried out while the clients remained in the home, making site management, communication, and daily coordination essential. Our team worked to minimise disruption while maintaining a clean, organised workspace throughout the renovation process.
The end result is a warm, elegant home that merges old-world character with contemporary design—complete with luxurious finishes, structural upgrades, and seamless functionality.
