Full House Refurbishment

This Full House Refurbishment is an award-winning home set in the picturesque Kent countryside. Originally constructed as a bespoke new build, the property was later enhanced through a detailed refurbishment focused on high-end interior finishes and technical upgrades.
DSB Premier Construction was brought in to manage the refurbishment phase, coordinating specialist trades and ensuring full alignment with the client’s creative vision and the intricate work of interior designer Kate Malone. Our role involved overseeing structural adjustments, interior detailing, and performance upgrades to meet both aesthetic and technical standards.
Working closely with the design team, we delivered a series of refined spaces. These included a two-storey atrium, an open-plan kitchen with custom joinery and expansive views, and a vibrant library with rich textures and bespoke cabinetry. Smart home systems and sustainable insulation methods were integrated to elevate both comfort and efficiency.
The result is a home that blends character, colour, and craftsmanship. It was delivered with care and precision throughout the refurbishment process.
