Waterfield House is an award-winning new build set within the Kent countryside. Designed by creative clients alongside interior designer Kate Malone, this home combines expressive, soulful design with refined structure and technical execution.
DSB Premier Construction was brought in to manage the construction and technical delivery of the build, working in close collaboration with the designer and client team to ensure a seamless result. The project involved the integration of colour, texture, and antique furnishings into a highly modern architectural frame, showcasing a unique and character-rich interior.
Key features included a two-storey atrium entrance, bespoke kitchen with views across the open-plan space, smart home integration, and sustainable insulation systems. The construction team ensured that every design detail was supported structurally, thermally, and aesthetically—delivering a finished product that exceeded expectations.
