DANIEL BOCANCEA

DSB Premier Construction Ltd.
Daniel founded DSB Premier Construction in 2013, bringing together a background in business and economics with hands-on construction experience developed on site.
Alongside his academic studies, Daniel trained and worked across multiple trades, including groundworks, carpentry, plumbing, gas and electrical installation. This broad trade foundation gave him a practical understanding of construction from substructure through to final finishes, and how different disciplines must be coordinated to deliver quality outcomes.
As his career progressed, Daniel moved into senior project leadership, gaining qualifications in construction project management and site supervision, supported by industry licences covering mechanical and electrical coordination and structural compliance.
In parallel, he undertook specialist training in advanced and high-performance building systems, including:
- Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs)
- Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF)
- Timber-frame construction
- Passive House construction principles
This specialist training, combined with hands-on project experience, supports DSB Premier Construction’s ability to deliver energy-efficient, well-coordinated and technically robust homes.
Daniel’s professional experience spans high-end residential projects, complex refurbishments and regulated infrastructure environments, including work within the London Underground and rail sector. These environments required strict compliance, detailed planning and disciplined site management — principles that continue to shape how the business operates today.
With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, Daniel leads DSB Premier Construction with a focus on preparation, clarity and accountability. His direct involvement ensures projects are properly planned, risks are addressed early and delivery standards are consistently upheld.
Construction Team
Our construction team is composed of experienced Site Managers, supervisors, and skilled tradespeople specialising in high-end residential construction.
On-site delivery is led by designated Site Managers and supported by a structured team that includes:
- Quantity Surveying support for cost control, variations, and commercial oversight
- A trusted network of specialist subcontractors aligned with our quality and performance standards
All site personnel hold the appropriate CSCS cards for their role and operate in full compliance with CDM 2015 regulations. Health and safety management is aligned with HSE requirements, with daily site controls, regular toolbox talks, and site-specific RAMS implemented throughout the build.
This structure ensures consistent workmanship, safe working environments, and clear accountability on every project.
OPERATION & SUPPORT TEAM
While our construction teams concentrate on craftsmanship and site delivery, a dedicated operations and support team keeps projects running smoothly behind the scenes.
- Office Executive – Coordinates schedules and reports, ensuring information flows efficiently and tasks stay on track.
- Admin Assistant – Manages documentation and day‑to‑day administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records so nothing is overlooked.
- Quantity Surveyor – Tracks costs, handles variations and manages commercial documentation, helping to keep projects within budget and on schedule.
- Marketing & Communications – Maintains project content, supports client communications and updates digital channels to keep stakeholders informed.
