High-End Residential Property

Scope: Structural Restoration, Full Interior and Exterior Refit
This complex restoration project in the Scottish Highlands saw DSB Premier Construction take over a high-value residential build from a previous contractor. The property faced extensive issues, including structural failures, poor workmanship, and incomplete services. Our role was to correct these defects and elevate the property to an uncompromising luxury standard.
Working across a challenging site with demanding topography and remote access, the project involved full structural rebuilds, M&E integration, and a complete high-end fit-out—inside and out. Our team coordinated the restoration of every core element, from precision steelwork and thermal envelope upgrades to custom interiors and landscaped exteriors.
Despite the inherited challenges, we delivered a finished home that now stands as a showcase of design integrity, technical coordination, and construction excellence. The result is a one-of-a-kind 12,000 sq ft luxury residence, fully compliant with modern performance standards and rich in architectural detail.
